The Carlisle-based company will now be known as Encompas.
The new name is designed to reflect the firm’s expanding portfolio and expertise in the field of renewable heating installation, control systems and comprehensive all-round design, commission and aftercare service.
It also highlights the company’s commitment to low energy renewable heat sources, such as ground source heat pumps and heat recovery systems, as well as the latest in control system technology.
Encompas director Richard Dixon said: “The market has changed out of all recognition since Floorwarming UK entered it 10 years ago. Where once we installed underfloor heating systems, customers and trade are increasingly looking for an all-round package when it comes to domestic and commercial heating."
That means everything from initial design to integration with existing systems, control systems and of course the environmental options provided by modern low energy renewables.
We believe that Encompas will provide the benchmark for this kind of all-round service for the 21st century.
” Encompas currently employs more than 20 full-time staff, and has a nationwide network of affiliated engineers, agents and installers.
The company specialises in the design and supply of low energy efficient heating, featuring system integration, insulation, installation, screed, and commissioning.
It also provides detailed CAD drawing, step-by-step instruction manuals and free technical support.
Encompas plans to officially unveil its new name and corporate image at a showpiece industry exhibition in Birmingham in March.
