Expona Commercial PUR luxury vinyl tiles from Polyflor, the UK's commercial and residential vinyl flooring specialist, were recently installed inside the visitor centre at the world’s first inland surfing lagoon, Surf Snowdonia Adventure Parc.
One of North Wales’ most popular new tourist attractions, Surf Snowdonia is built on the site of a former aluminium rolling and casting works in the Conwy Valley, on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The £17m centre features a 300 metre long man-made freshwater wave lagoon and recently opened its door to the public for a second season.
Approximately 700m² of Expona Commercial luxury vinyl tile flooring in the Weathered Country Plank design was installed by Manchester based contractors JDP Flooring in the Surf Side Café and shop inside the centre’s HUB Building. This rustic design features highlighted knots and emphasised grain detailing for an authentic timber effect.
