News
Green-tech is pleased to announce it has been short-listed as a finalist for the prestigious Green Construction Awards – twice! The awards, sponsored by Hewden, are part of Green Week which runs from 24th September.

Green-tech are finalists in two categories, Green Innovation in Construction Materials Awards and also for the Recycling Award. The shortlisting is for their gt green-tree sustainable topsoil. The product is BS 3882 approved topsoil manufactured from organic matter, green compost and silica sand. With good quality topsoil becoming a scarce resource, an environmentally friendly, sustainable solution can be found with Green-tech’s gt green-tree.

“We are delighted to be finalists for these prestigious awards. gt green-tree topsoil has been an overwhelming success in the construction industry. It is a perfect solution for the discerning property developer, architect or contractor looking for a product with real environmental credentials” says Richard Kay, Managing Director for Green-tech. “Over 92% of customers who have ordered the product have gone on to reorder and it has been specified by leading main contractors as their topsoil solution. We hope that being a finalist will expand awareness of this sustainable soil and we will be keeping our fingers crossed for September!”
