Specifiers across the country are invited to learn about IKO’s range of durable and fast-installation roofing and waterproofing systems on 1st and 8th March at Cardiff Principality Stadium and Exeter Racecourse respectively.
Specifiers will have the opportunity to understand when, where and how different roofing and waterproofing systems are best used, while earning RIBA and RICS CPD points. At Cardiff, specifiers will be able to tour the world-famous stadium and have the chance to win rugby tickets.
IKO’s technical engineers and experts will present solutions to common issues with roofing and waterproofing for new build and refurbishment, using case studies and looking at recent legislation and guidelines such as the NFRC’s Safe2Torch.
Ashley Chivers, IKO Roofing Specification Sales Director, says: “Specifiers need to have a lot of knowledge on individual products to do their jobs effectively, but it can be difficult to fit self-driven research into their busy work schedules.
“These events are tailored for specifiers to spend the day learning about IKO UPXL, a premium bituminous flat roofing system with a 30-year guarantee, and IKO Polimar FCS, a high performance, solvent-free waterproofing system for roofs, car parks and balconies/walkways.”
The events will run from 9:30 – 15:30. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. To book your place or for more information visit www.ikogroup.co.uk/iko-specification-seminars or follow @ikoplc
