Caltech LOW is a one component, cold-applied, solvent and isocyanate free liquid roof waterproofing system based on silane terminated polymers. It cures to form a seamless and durable waterproofing solution for exposed roof areas and structures. Ideal for projects in more sensitive areas such as hospitals and schools due to the low odour properties the system has.

Application Details
- When preparing substrate the surface must be sound, of sufficient strength, clean, dry and free of dirt, oil or grease
- Dependant on the substrate the area must be primed
- Correct primer must be used on the relevant substrate (see product datasheet)
- Once primer has cured Caltech LOW is applied along with the F-Mat reinforcement Fleece
- Apply further coat of CaltechLOW over the F-Mat. Caltech LOW is a wet on wet system
