Infrarad has designed the Contract range to be affordable, light weight and simple to use along with programmable, thermostatic controls. All Contract radiators are light weight, even the 1kw is only 8kg and is ideal for ceiling mounting if you are short for space in the room you are heating. These energy efficient panels use approximately half the energy than conventional central heating systems. For example, if you currently have a 2Kw radiator in your living room as part of your central heating system , with infrared heating you will only need 1Kw of infrared heating. So, two 500w Contract panels, for example, will do the same job as the old 2Kw convector radiator.
