Smoke and Fire Gasketing
Hot Smoke Seal™ is an intumescent fire life-safety product for use with our continuous geared hinges. S88 & S77 (similar to S44) self adhesive seals and 18041P and 45041P (similar to 29346) brush seals together with the 430 Automatic drop seal have been successfully tested to the requirements of BS 476 Section 31:1 for smoke sealing performances. These performances were achieved following a 100,000 cycles operational test.
SoundSeal Solutions
As a result of extensive acoustic testing, Pemko gasketing systems are used on openings with STC Ratings from the low 30s and into the mid 50s. Acoustic technology is extremely complex. A qualified Acoustics Engineer is recommended where these performances are critical.
Modular Ramp Systems
Compliant aluminum and rubber ramps provide wheelchair access in public access doorways. We offer a wide range of saddles, thresholds and ramps that satisfy the requirements of Document ‘M’. The range of products is extensive. Ramp options include modular systems that can be assembled to suit virtually any length of ramp.
