Patrik Schumacher will give a lunchtime talk on the work of ZHCODE and the design and fabrication methods showcased in the Digital Turn exhibition.
The talk will touch on the group’s pioneering work in Parametricism and algorithmically designed place making. Schumacher will also outline ZHCODE’s approaches to ‘Tectonics’ and ‘Semiotics’, which frame the work in the exhibition.
The exhibition features digital design and fabrication methods, including hot-wire-cutting and additive manufacture. Models of the practice’s latest housing typologies are also being shown for the first time.
Spaces are limited, book now to avoid disappointment.
The Digital Turn exhibition and events programme is curated by the exhibitions team at the Building Centre and is supported by The Built Environment Trust.
