Digital Turn

Exhibitions
18 May 2018–26 Jan 2019

Digital Turn was a public exibition held at the Building Centre, exploring digital innovations in the built environment.

Digital Turn was a platform for those who dare to dream about how we can better imagine, create and build the spaces we live in. It talked of a fourth industrial revolution, one that blurs the boundaries of our physical and digital worlds and allows us to be more collaborative, efficient and productive in how we build.

So, who and what is leading this change? And what is the wider impact of digital possibilities on our cities and infrastructure?

Exhibitors in the series included:

–  Prelude: Semblr (18 May - 9 June 2018)

–  First turn: Design Computation Lab  (20 June - 13 July 2018)

–  Second turn: Zaha Hadid Architects Computation and Design Research Group (ZHCODE) (25 July - 10 November 2018)

–  Third turn: Architectural Association Design Research Laboratory (AADRL) (24 November 2018 - 26 January 2019)
