Friday 17 May, 1.15pm - 1.45pm
Forest of Fabrication is an exhibition in collaboration between the Building Centre and Stirling Prize-winning practice dRMM, presenting engineered timber as a defining material of 21st Century architecture.
Join dRMM architect Tonia Tkachenko for the last in our series of guided tours. Conversation will focus on how to build sustainable communities and the future of city living. Featured projects will include Wood Block House, an urban workplace/family house prototype, and WorkStack, a new timber typology for light-industrial workspaces, designed to retain manufacturing in the city.
Registration is free but spaces are limited. Please book to avoid disappointment.
The Forest of Fabrication exhibition and events programme is curated by the Building Centre exhibitions team and dRMM, and supported by The Built Environment Trust.
